Health and Safety

The health and safety of both our staff and customers is, and always has been important to us. We are now taking extra measures in order to ensure that we comply with government guidelines and updates in relation to the pandemic status.

Current lock-down January 2021

Appointments must be made in advance. Please only visit if you deem it absolutely necessary.

Access to our facility will be limited in line with recent government guidelines. In particular, access to our reception area and warehouse will be prohibited until further notice. Collections are permitted but we advise that customers pay in advance so that goods can simply be loaded into your vehicle or handed over.

Please do not visit if you or any member of your household are showing symptoms or have tested positive.

Take the recommended precautions such as to wear a face mask and use hand sanitiser.

Our online service

For many years we have focused on providing a high quality level of consultation via the internet. We encourage all our customers to consult with us in this way where possible. This is especially important now during these times of social distancing.

We are more than ready to assist with your project remotely and can guide you through all the stages, from planning to completion.

Our site based service and operations

Our premises are principally comprised of workshops and offices. We do not operate a showroom but welcome visitors for consultations, collections and now operate a small reception area.

In the past we have always requested that customers make appointments, so that a dedicated service can be supplied in an efficient manner. It is now more important than ever that appointments are made prior to visiting us.

Please remember that we can post samples and offer a full online consultation service.

When visiting us

We request that when visiting us that our clients adhere to and follow the recommended guidelines as follows:

  • Make an appointment.
  • A face mask must be worn at all times.
  • Use the provided hand sanitiser upon entering.
  • Please do not visit if you or any member of your household are showing symptoms or have tested positive.

Lead times

We are generally experiencing much longer lead times than usual.

We are striving to process orders as quickly as possible but there are currently many factors affecting the time between point of order and despatch.

Please ensure to check with our staff the estimated lead time when placing an order.
