How to order - A guide to buying your tiles
At London Mosaic, we provide a structured and personalised buying experience for our Victorian and contemporary geometric floor tiles. Here's an overview of our process:
1. Design selection
Begin by exploring our extensive design catalogue to find a pattern that suits your project, or read our articles for more inspiration.
Utilise filters on the Explore designs page to narrow down options. View a design for more detailed information, including pricing and an 'area calculator' tool for approximate costs based on your dimensions.
Saved designs
Easily save your favourite designs for quick access anytime! Use the green 'star' button wherever you see it. To view your saved designs, go to the clipboard icon in the website header.

If you can’t find what you are looking for, simply contact us and we will work with you to create your ideal tile pattern.
2. Samples and consultation
To help you visualise your chosen design, we offer a free sample service, allowing you to assess tile colours, quality, and finish before placing an order. Samples can be ordered directly from our website or arranged as part of your design consultation.
Once you've selected a design, visit our contact page to provide details about your project, including your chosen pattern and area dimensions. You can also attach images or diagrams to help illustrate your vision.
Taking dimensions
Measuring your space is simple. Use a tape measure to note all widths and lengths of the main area, excluding small details like door architraves.
In the example, the door threshold is measured separately from the hall wall, and any curves are treated as a corner.
Your measurements don’t need to be exact, as our designs allow for slight adjustments during installation.
Our expert design team is available to guide you through customisation options, layout considerations, and colour variations, ensuring your tiles perfectly suit your space.
To further support your project, we can provide detailed diagrams at key stages of the process. Our sheeted tile system always includes an installation plan and guidelines, and is a great method for an accurate and efficient installation.
To complete your order, we offer a range of sealants, for interior and exterior locations to guard against stains, ensuring the longevity and finish of your floor. We can also advise you on the most suitable products for installation and stock high quality types of grout and adhesive that are perfect for most locations.
To complement our core service we supply high-quality curated items such as heritage-style glazed tiles, and period style ventilation grilles exclusive to London Mosaic, to achieve a cohesive and professional look for a variety of settings.
3. Quotation and ordering
After reviewing your project details, our sales and design team will provide a formal quotation.
A pro forma invoice is issued upon acceptance, requiring full payment in advance.
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and major credit/debit cards. Once payment is received, we will proceed with the final drawings (if applicable) and assemble your order.
We offer two types of tile supply, bespoke sheeted and loose.
